Leadership Analysis Survey (LAS)

​The Leadership Analysis Survey or LAS is a 20-question Likert Scaled electronic survey designed to evaluate an individual’s leadership affinity. The results from the survey may then be utilized to identify potential leaders, as well as affirm the affinity of the current leader.


Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI ILF)

The Life Styles Inventory (LSI) is an individual development tool that uses both self-assessment and 360° feedback from colleagues to identify individual thinking and behavioral styles. By providing insights into strengths and areas for development, it empowers people to embark on their own journeys to being better at, and enjoying more, everything they do.

ACUMEN® Leadership WorkStyles™(LWS)

ACUMEN Leadership WorkStyles (LWS) is a 360° feedback assessment and development tool that helps leaders strengthen thinking and behavioral styles that promote their effectiveness and moderate styles that prevent them from realizing their potential.

Building on the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI), LWS focuses on combinations of the 12 Circumplex styles and the way they interact to provide feedback on strengths and counterproductive tendencies. It provides the leader with a highly personalized narrative report on the implications of their styles for task accomplishment and teamwork, as well as suggestions for improving communication and project leadership.
