At iNVISION Group our motto is ‘Vision is just the start.’ As President, I strive everyday to embody and bring iNVISION Group’s vision to life, which is ‘To change the world through practical leadership services so that all may reflect, learn, and grow for the betterment of self and others.’ This deeply rooted, and deeply personal, vision is driven by our company purpose (why); which is ‘To assist our clients to look beyond their current thinking, and to help them discover their new realities.’

To allow this to occur, I, as President, must assure that this purpose is supported by my own deeply personal why statement; which is ‘To engage with and cultivate people, so that they may become the persons that they are meant to be.’ Now, I know that my ‘why’ is not grammatically correct, but it is purposeful. For who we are today, is not who we were yesterday, and who we will be tomorrow, is not who we are today.
